Late
YOUR TIME IS VALUABLE, AND SO IS OURS. IF YOU HAPPEN TO BE RUNNING MORE THAN 15 MINUTES LATE FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT, I MAY NEED TO RESCHEDULE, OR MODIFY YOUR SESSION.
I WANT TO ENSURE THAT YOU RECEIVE THE FULL BENEFITS OF YOUR CHOSEN SERVICE, AND ACCOMMODATING OTHER SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS IS IMPORTANT.
Cancellations
Please cancel appointments at least 24 hours in advanced. if you cancel les than 24 hours before your appointment you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
No show
No Call no shows will be charged up to 100% of the scheduled service and will not be able allowed to rebook with out pre-paying for their next appointment
